Get it now? WP is taking a release cycle off. So don't expect 3.1 for awhiiiiiiile.
It's not that I doubt that WP3.0 isn't a great piece of software. But just like any software, there will be a need for bugs and fixes. Will you be downloading Wordpress 3.0 today or will you wait for the fix?
I also wonder...The new default theme is pretty snazzy. I wonder how many themes that were based on the old default will go kerblammo. I do know that themes need to be updated. That shouldn't be a problem.
